This is really barbaric by the authorities in Malaysia (in this video, it's the Majlis Perbandaran Klang). It makes you wonder where is the love and compassion so highly advertised by the Malaysian government. For RM 2000, the workers who worked for the government treats dogs like rubbish. The best part is their so-called management, the Malay lady who just stand there and act stupid (or is she really stupid?) when being confronted. The other man in white tries to intimidate the video taker. This is called bullying just because you are bigger size does not mean that you have the right to force people into agreeing you are right. Another uneducated fool if you ask me. Give a bad name to those working in the government who are sincerely diligent and compassionate.
Majlis Perbandaran Klang authorities, you are a BIG DISGRACE to the peace-loving and animal-loving people of Malaysia and the world in general.
